All products offered are digital and delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment, and the content becomes available to you in full at that moment.

Because our products are delivered in this way, they cannot be returned, recalled, or un-delivered once access has been provided.

Once access to a product has been granted, it is yours permanently. Accordingly, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

This applies regardless of whether the content has been viewed, downloaded, or used, and regardless of the degree of use.

We are committed to fair and professional service. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion where access cannot be provided.

Where applicable law provides a right of cancellation for digital content, you acknowledge that by purchasing and accessing the content immediately, you request immediate performance and understand that you lose that right of cancellation once access has been granted.
